Hanshi Anderson referred to 30 major theoretical, practical, developmental, or functional errors from kata that can be applied to the Ippon Kumite drills. Here is his listing. Run a video and see how many errors you can see in yourself. Then, consider what you can do to fix them and apply that to your training.
