Background Checks, Abuse Training, and Concussion Training
Background checks, abuse training, and concussion training are required every two years for every active 5th dan and above. They are also required on any adult dan promotion. These items can be accepted from any source but must be current within 2 years of the promotion and documentation is required. Concussion training is free on the CDC website, the abuse course is included with the Kwanmukan/USAKF background screening. Again, any source is acceptable but you must provide evidence of passing the screening and completing the courses if an outside source is used,
