Attendance at the picnic this year is by ticketing. Purchase your tickets at this link:

or go to the Kwanmukan Stack Team App/Events . Find the picnic event and open it. Click the ticket icon to purchase tickets; or
use a computer to go to https://kwanmukan.teamapp.com/clubs/762114/ and click on the event menu to access the event and registration.

Tickets are digitally stored in your Kwanmukan App. If you have an iPhone you can download the tickets to your wallet.
